The Opportunity

Join Lean Synergy Solutions as an Independent Recruiting Partner and focus on what you do best — finding, engaging, and qualifying great candidates. Business development, client acquisition, contract negotiation, and fee collection are handled by our team. This opportunity is designed for recruiters who enjoy identifying and qualifying talent while focusing exclusively on candidate recruitment and relationship building.

What You'll Do

· Source qualified candidates through job boards, networking, referrals, social media, and direct outreach
· Conduct candidate outreach and initial qualification conversations
· Screen candidates for experience, skills, compensation expectations, and overall fit
· Present qualified candidates for open searches
· Maintain accurate candidate records and recruiting activity
· Build and maintain talent pipelines within assigned industries and specialties
· Collaborate with Lean Synergy Solutions team members throughout the recruitment process

What We're Looking For

· Previous recruiting, staffing, talent acquisition, or candidate sourcing experience preferred
· Strong communication and relationship-building skills
· Ability to work independently and manage recruiting activity
· Professional follow-up and candidate engagement skills
· Access to a computer, internet connection, and phone
· Willingness to start with free tools before unlocking paid ones based on performance
· Self-motivated, organized, and goal-oriented mindset
